Please allow 3-5 days for delivery, most orders are shipped within 24-48 hours.
We do not currently ship outside of the United States.
If we encounter any delays in your order or if a product is on backorder, we will notify you as soon as possible via email.
We hope you will love all the products you purchase from Livv. Due to the nature of our products, we cannot process exchanges or refunds on opened, unsealed, used items or undergarments.
Products that still have tags, are unused and unopened can be returned within 30 days of delivery. We will refund 100% of the product cost, less any applicable discounts, but we do not offer refunds on shipping cost. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Please note: sale items are not eligible for return.
HOW TO RETURN A PRODUCT
Products can be returned via shipping or in any of our Livv locations, if being returned on location we require proof of purchase via receipt. We regret that we are not able to offer free return shipping, unless it is for an product that you did not order or a product that is damaged or defective.
Please print out your order confirmation and include in your returned package. Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card/original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
